Website terms of use and service activation terms
These terms govern the use of lubemy.com and the process for requesting and activating our hosting, cloud and domain services. The commercial and technical conditions of each service are set out in the written quote the customer signs.

Società Benefit, registered office at Piazzetta Umberto Giordano 2, 20122 Milano (MI), Italia, VAT no. For sales and administrative enquiries write to info@lubemy.com; for technical support on active services write to support@lubemy.com.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to anyone who browses the website and to anyone who sends us an activation request. The contractual relationship for a service is governed by the signed quote and the documents it refers to, which prevail over the website in case of any difference.
Service sheets, prices and other information published on the website are provided for information purposes and do not constitute an offer to the public under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.
How a service is activated
Online ordering is not open yet: every service is activated with our assistance. You send us a request through the "Request activation" form or by email to info@lubemy.com; we check the requirements and send you a written quote stating price, term, renewal conditions, included resources, usage limits, support scope and payment methods.
The contract is concluded only when the customer accepts the quote in writing by signing it. Until then neither party is bound and no amount is due.
The domain availability check on the website queries the official registries in real time but is not a reservation: availability and price are reconfirmed before registration.
Prices, VAT and renewals
Prices published on the website are launch prices in euro, excluding VAT. They may be updated over time; updates do not affect quotes already sent, within the validity period stated in each quote.
The renewal price and renewal terms are stated in the quote before activation: no price is locked for life and no renewal takes place on terms other than those communicated.
Who the services are for
lubemy services are aimed mainly at professionals, agencies and businesses.
If the customer is a consumer under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the mandatory rights granted by law remain unaffected, including the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the periods provided for. In that case the quote states the total price including taxes, the pre-contractual information and how to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Acceptable use of the services
The services may not be used for unlawful or harmful activities, including: sending unsolicited email, phishing or distributing malware; publishing content that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights such as copyright and trademarks; attacks, scans or unauthorised access to other systems; activities that compromise the stability of the platform or the security of other customers.
You can report unlawful content or activity hosted on our services by writing to abuse@lubemy.com, stating the address concerned, the reason for the report and a contact. We review every report and, where it is well founded, take proportionate measures and explain the reasons to the customer concerned, except for urgent action needed for security reasons or requested by the authorities.
Support, term and termination
Support channels, hours and response times, the management scope and the activities left to the customer are stated in the quote for each service. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and started only after the customer's approval.
Term, cancellation, handling of missed payments and return of data at termination are governed by the signed quote. At termination the customer can export their data within the stated period; final deletion takes place only once that period has expired.
Intellectual property of the website
Texts, graphics, illustrations, logo, the lubemy trademark and the website code belong to Andrea Castellana Agenzia Pubblicitaria S.r.l. Società Benefit or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may browse the website and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written consent.
Published information and limitation of liability
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but the website may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. The features of a service are those stated in the signed quote and its attachments.
Continuity objectives stated on the website (for example daily backup with 14-day retention, 24-hour RPO and 4-hour RTO on a standard environment) are operational targets and do not constitute contractual service levels (SLAs), unless the signed quote expressly provides for different commitments.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising solely from browsing the website or from its temporary unavailability, without prejudice to liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability relating to the services is governed by the contract.
Online ordering and changes to these terms
When online ordering opens, we will publish on this page the general terms that apply to purchases through the customer portal. Until then every service is activated exclusively through a written quote.
We may update these terms: the date at the top shows the version in force. Changes do not affect contracts already signed, which remain governed by the terms accepted.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the contracts concluded with lubemy are governed by Italian law.
For relationships with professionals and businesses, the courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction. For relationships with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
