WHM reseller hosting: the real thing, not multisite access
We only call reseller what truly is one: a WHM account with limited privileges that lets your agency create its clients' cPanel accounts on its own, within quotas written into the contract. The line is available on request, with assisted activation: here is what it includes and what we deliberately do not offer.
Multisite access and a WHM reseller are not the same thing
Many offers on the market call a simple multisite panel a "reseller": several sites under one account, with no real separation and no autonomy to create accounts. We make an explicit distinction. The Multi hosting line offers separate accounts that we create within the plan's quotas: it is the right choice for most agencies.
Genuine WHM/cPanel reseller hosting is a different level: your agency receives WHM access with limited privileges and creates its clients' cPanel accounts by itself, within the account limit, the storage and bandwidth quotas and the packages allowed by the contract. Every end client gets a distinct cPanel account, with its own credentials and a perimeter that cannot see or touch the others.
The hierarchy is simple and declared: we administer the server; your agency administers its own reseller perimeter; each of your clients has a separate cPanel account. The WHM privileges granted follow the principle of least privilege: enough to create and manage your accounts, nothing that concerns the rest of the server.
What WHM/cPanel reseller hosting includes
- Dedicated WHM access for the agency, with privileges limited to its own perimeter
- Create cPanel accounts for your clients on your own, within the agreed account quota
- Storage and bandwidth quotas declared in the contract, with allowed, defined packages
- A distinct cPanel account for every end client, with its own credentials and limits
- Nameservers presentable under your brand, where technically permitted
- Privileges verified before handover: each reseller sees and manages only its own accounts
What we deliberately do not offer
Saying it upfront avoids arguments later: these limits are security and model choices, not temporary gaps.
Nested resellers
A reseller cannot create other resellers. The hierarchy stops at your perimeter: below you there are only your clients' cPanel accounts.
Root or server administration privileges
Server administration remains ours. No root access, no changes to system configuration, no visibility of accounts outside your perimeter.
The "All Features" profile
We do not grant resellers the full WHM privilege set: the assigned profile is limited to what is needed to create and manage your accounts, and it is verified before handover.
Unmodelled overselling
The contract quotas are the real ones: we do not sell capacity the server cannot sustain, and we do not ask you to do so with your clients.

How is WHM/cPanel reseller hosting activated?
On request: we assess your portfolio together, send you a written offer with price, renewal, quotas and limits and, once signed, configure your reseller perimeter, verifying the privileges before handover.
Multi hosting or a WHM/cPanel reseller account?
Multi hosting if you want separate accounts for each client without creating them yourself: we create them within the plan's quotas. A WHM/cPanel reseller account if your agency wants to create and manage its clients' cPanel accounts on its own. If you start with Multi hosting, we can assess the move together when your portfolio needs it.
Is there a cap on the number of cPanel accounts?
Yes: the account quota, storage and bandwidth are written into the offer and the contract. If the portfolio grows beyond the quota, you move to a larger quota or agree an extension: everything stays declared.
Will my clients see your brand?
The commercial relationship remains yours: you invoice your clients, we invoice you. Where technically permitted you can use nameservers presentable under your brand; the details are set out in the offer.
