When a site or application outgrows shared hosting, we assign your project a dedicated virtual machine and manage it ourselves: updates, backup and base monitoring, with scopes and hours defined by contract.
Shared hosting or a dedicated cloud server?
We do not push upgrades on principle: we suggest cloud only when a measured need exists. Here is the concrete difference between the two lines.
Shared hosting
Shared resources with per-account separation. It is the right choice for standard sites: it costs less and already includes managed foundations.

Cloud: a customer-dedicated VM
A virtual machine reserved for your project, with resources not shared with other customers and base management included. It is not an exclusive physical server: it is a dedicated VM, and we say so clearly.

Base management included on every cloud server
Every cloud plan includes base system management: we do not hand over an empty VM and leave you alone with root access.
System updates
We keep the operating system up to date with planned interventions, documented in the operations log.
Backup with restore tests
Daily backup with 14-day retention as an operational target, verified with periodic restore tests.
Base monitoring
We watch the VM's availability and resources and handle infrastructure incidents within the scopes and hours defined by contract.
ARM or x86 VMs: labelled, not equivalent
Every plan states the VM's architecture, because the choice has practical consequences for the software you can run.
ARM architecture
Efficient and economical for lightweight applications and compatible modern stacks. Not all software runs on ARM: some panels and packages, including cPanel, require x86. We check compatibility before we send the offer.
x86 architecture
The broadest-compatibility choice, for production applications and software that requires this architecture. On plan labels 1 x86 OCPU corresponds to 2 vCPUs; on ARM the relation is different, which is why we always state it.
