Hosting, cloud and domain FAQ

The questions we are asked most often, with the answers we prefer to give before you sign, not after. If yours is missing, write to us: answering precisely is part of the service.

Activation, pricing and billing

How a service is activated, prices, renewals, reselling and payments.

Can I order online?

Not yet: today every service is activated with assistance. You send us a request from the site, receive a written offer with price, renewal, inclusions and limits, and the service is activated once you sign. Online ordering will arrive with the opening of the client portal.

Are the published prices what I will pay?

Catalogue prices are launch prices, VAT excluded. The written offer states the price applied, the renewal price and the terms before you sign: no costs hidden inside fees and no lifetime price locks.

Where do I manage services, invoices and tickets?

The client area, online invoices and tickets arrive when online ordering opens. Until then, write to support@lubemy.com for support and to info@lubemy.com for offers, contracts and billing: every request is tracked.

Do I need a cloud account or a second card?

No: you pay a single supplier, us. The relationship with the infrastructure provider is managed by our company, and you do not need to open accounts with third parties.

Can I resell to my clients?

Yes, with the plans and partner agreements that provide for it: separate accounts, declared quotas and contractual protection of your end clients. Creating further resellers autonomously requires a specific feature, stated in the contract.

Are domain and mailboxes included in the plans?

Only when stated in the plan. Professional mail and domains are separate items, so no costs are hidden inside fees: each plan declares what it includes and what it does not.

What does support cover?

Incidents and requests have scopes and hours defined in the contract for each service. Development, new configurations and specialist work are quoted separately and before starting.

Can I pay annually?

For eligible services yes, with the renewal price stated in the offer before you sign and explicit discount conditions. Variable usage (AI consumption, for example) follows separate rules.

Technical

Infrastructure, plan architecture, panels and AI.

Who runs the infrastructure?

Your contract, support and billing are with us. Services run on infrastructure from a third-party cloud provider, which may be technically identifiable and is named in the relevant contractual documentation: we do not hide it, we manage the relationship.

Does every customer get a dedicated server?

Hosting plans use shared resources with per-account separation; Cloud plans dedicate a virtual machine to the customer. Neither term implies an exclusive physical server.

Is AI included in the server?

No: the VM hosts applications, while AI requires a service, integration and metered usage. Each AI package states the model, limits, data processed and prices, with a per-customer budget.

Can I manage and resell several sites on my own?

With the Reseller plans that include WHM, you get limited privileges to create and manage your clients' cPanel accounts, within the plan's quotas. The number of accounts, storage and licences are stated in the contract; multi-site access is not automatically a WHM reseller.

Migration and exit

How you get in, how you get out, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Do I have to move everything on day one?

No: the process is designed to start with one or two sites. The rest of the portfolio moves only when the agreed checks pass, following a calendar coordinated with your deadlines.

What happens if the migration acceptance test fails?

Every migration has a rollback plan: if the verification checklist is not passed, we return to the source environment, document what was observed and reschedule the work.

What happens if I want to leave?

We hand over data and information in the formats set out in the contract; assisted migration to another provider, with timing and costs of any work, is explicit. The exit path is part of the contract, not an exception to negotiate.

Didn't find your answer?

Send us the question as it is: we answer by explaining what we manage, who intervenes and what remains on your side.
