Web hosting

Managed web hosting with clearly stated resources and limits

We host your site on shared resources with per-account separation: we configure the environment, run the infrastructure and document every operation. Before you sign, you know what is included, what is excluded and who handles what.

Who our web hosting is for

Plans built around one site per account: from freelancers who want to hand off server administration to small businesses looking for a single point of contact.

Freelancers and small businesses

A company site or a blog on managed foundations: assisted activation, daily backups and support with clear scopes.

WordPress sites

Staging from the Plus plan and, with Hosting Pro, scoped standard maintenance: agreed updates with rollback.

Anyone migrating

An initial migration check is included in the Plus plan; for complex transfers we prepare a plan with acceptance testing and rollback.

Agencies getting started

A single project fits a Hosting plan well; to manage a client portfolio there is the Multi line dedicated to resellers.

Shared hosting with per-account separation

Hosting plans use shared resources: several accounts live on the same node, but each account has its own storage, credentials and processes, separated from the others. Storage quotas and plan limits are stated in the offer before activation, not discovered along the way.

Per-account separation means an error or a spike in another account does not give access to your data: access isolation, a per-site TLS certificate and infrastructure monitoring are part of the management. Infrastructure hardening is an internal operating practice of ours, not a consulting service we sell.

It is not an exclusive physical server

“Shared resources with per-account separation” describes the architecture exactly: the node is shared. When you need a dedicated machine, specific software requirements or full isolation, the right answer is a Cloud VM dedicated to you.

What our hosting includes, and what it does not

We prefer an explicit list to a generic promise: every plan also states what it does not cover.

Included in all plans

  • TLS certificate and configuration of the connected domain
  • Daily backup with 14-day retention, verified with periodic restore tests (an operational target, not an SLA)
  • Control panel for files, databases and DNS
  • Infrastructure support with scopes and hours defined by contract
  • Infrastructure monitoring handled by us

Not included: separate items or quoted work

  • Mailboxes and domain registration: separate items, so no costs are hidden inside fees
  • Application-level site maintenance (included, in scoped form, only in Hosting Pro)
  • Development, cleanup of pre-existing infections and complex incompatibilities: quoted separately
  • High availability: a single node is not HA; redundant architectures are quoted separately

How we activate a hosting plan

Activation is assisted: four documented steps, from your request to handover.

  1. Request and requirements check

In your activation request you describe the site: we check with you that its load and software fit the chosen plan and, if a different need emerges, we tell you straight away.

  2. Written offer and signature

You receive an offer stating price, renewal, inclusions and plan limits. We activate the service once you have signed.

  3. Activation, access and migration

We create the separate account, configure domain and TLS certificate, and hand over credentials and control panel. Then we move your existing site, with staging verification where applicable, or you publish the new project directly.

  4. Acceptance test and documentation

We check site, DNS and certificates, then deliver the environment inventory: configurations, access and responsibilities.

Web hosting FAQs

Is my site on a dedicated server?

No: Hosting plans use shared resources with per-account separation. If you need a dedicated machine, Cloud plans assign a VM to the individual customer — never an exclusive physical server.

How do backups work?

We run a daily backup with 14-day retention and verify it with periodic restore tests. An RPO of 24 hours and an RTO of 4 hours on a standard environment are operational targets, not a contractual SLA.

Are domain and mailboxes included?

Only when stated in the plan: professional mail and domains are separate items with explicit renewal prices, so the hosting fee hides no other costs.

What does support cover?

Infrastructure incidents and operational requests, within scopes and hours defined by the contract. Development, new configurations and specialist work are quoted separately, before starting.

Can I change plan or leave?

Yes. We suggest an upgrade only when a measured need exists, and the exit path is part of the contract: data export and delivery of the environment documentation.

Not sure a shared plan is enough?

Tell us about the project: we will say whether it fits a Hosting plan or whether a dedicated VM is worth evaluating — with numbers, not slogans.
