Service status

This is where the public lubemy service-status page will live. It is not connected to monitoring yet, and we do not pretend it is.

Status page being set up

The public page, with components and incident history, goes live once the first services are in operation and real monitoring is connected. Until then we do not show convenient green lights: an indicator without a monitoring system behind it would be a fake promise, and we would rather not get used — or get you used — to fake promises.

What this page will show

Monitored components

The state of the service components — hosting nodes, cloud environments, DNS, mail, client portal — each with its own indicator fed by real monitoring.

Incidents with history

Ongoing and past incidents, with opening times, updates during handling, resolution and a summary of what happened.

Scheduled maintenance

Maintenance windows announced in advance, with date, expected duration, components involved and expected impact on customers.

In the meantime

If you are evaluating our services and want to understand how we handle monitoring and incident communication, just ask: we explain what we monitor, who intervenes and how every event is documented. For a technical report on an active service, write to support@lubemy.com.
