lubemy is the brand under which Andrea Castellana Agenzia Pubblicitaria S.r.l. Società Benefit provides hosting, cloud, servers and domains. Agencies and businesses buy digital tools from several suppliers, yet often remain responsible for connecting, protecting and maintaining them: lubemy exists to reduce that work and make costs and responsibilities verifiable.

Mission
To design, activate and manage digital environments proportionate to the customer, from websites to business applications, with documented protections, understandable support and a path towards automation and AI.
Vision
To become an operational point of reference for businesses and partners that want to use cloud services without building every system-administration skill in-house.
Values as observable behaviours
A value that does not produce a verifiable behaviour is a slogan. For each of ours, here is what you can check.
Transparency
Renewal prices, plan limits and subcontractors declared in the appropriate documents: no costs hidden inside fees, no invisible supply chain.
Accountability
For every activity we state who intervenes and record what was done: the operations log is part of the service, not an extra.
Portability
Data export in the agreed formats and delivery of the agreed documentation: your environment stays readable and yours, even if you decide to leave.
Proportionality
We suggest an upgrade only when a measured need exists: observed saturation, documented slowness or an explicit request.
Reliability
Backups and restores are verified with periodic tests: a backup that has never been restored is not something we count as protection.
Respect for partners
We do not commercially acquire our partners' end clients: the commitment is written into contracts, not left to good manners.

The company is an Italian benefit corporation (Società Benefit): lubemy's principles are compatible with the benefit purpose in its bylaws, but they are not equivalent to a sustainability or security certification.
