The principles we apply to every AI project
Rules set before writing a single line of configuration: they apply to both services and to custom projects.
Metered usage, with limits and budgets
Every customer gets request limits, a maximum output cap and a configured budget: overage is blocked unless explicitly approved. The usage limits of every plan are written into the contract.
Customer-approved content
The assistant answers only from the documents you approved: you decide the perimeter of the answers, with content update rules defined together.
Handover to a human
When a question falls outside the perimeter or the user asks for it, the conversation is handed to a human operator. The AI is a first level, not a wall.
Acceptance testing with a question set
Before handover we verify the application with an agreed set of test questions, documenting correct answers and errors: the test outcome is part of the delivery.
Minimised logs
We record the minimum needed to run the service and meter usage. Before processing personal or confidential data we define roles, transfers and retention in a dedicated agreement.
Documented deactivation
Every AI service includes the procedure to switch it off and export the content: here too, portability is a commitment, not an obstacle.

The path is the same for both services, with timelines proportionate to the scope.
Assessment and scope
We analyse content, expected volumes and data requirements; together we define what the assistant must cover and what it must not.
Configuration with limits
We set up the application with request limits, per-customer budgets and overage blocked unless approved; usage is metered from day one.
Documented acceptance test
We verify the application with the agreed question set, record the errors and fix them before handover.
Handover and operating rules
We deliver the application with content update rules, the human handover configured and the deactivation procedure documented.
