Daily backup with 14-day retention and periodic restore tests: these are operational targets, declared for what they are and not as an SLA.

Backup and monitoring set up
We set up backup and base monitoring on the environment, with declared targets verified in the final acceptance test.
Final acceptance test and documentation handover
We verify the whole with agreed tests and deliver the dossier: inventory, configurations, acceptance test results.
Ongoing management (Business package)
With the Business package we continue with ongoing management, documented roles and responsibilities and agreed periodic reviews.
