Cookie policy
lubemy.com uses no profiling cookies, no third-party cookies and no cookie-based analytics tools. Here we explain what that means in practice and what would change if we introduced new tools in the future.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser; similar tools, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), work in a comparable way. The guidelines issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021 distinguish technical tools, needed for the website to work, from profiling and measurement tools, which require consent.
Cookies used by this website
The website sets no profiling cookies and does not allow third parties to set any. It contains no advertising pixels, social buttons, or videos and maps embedded from external services.
Fonts and graphic assets are served directly from our own server: while you browse, your browser does not contact any third-party service.
Strictly necessary technical storage
Some website features may use your browser's local storage only to make what you asked for work, for example to keep a selection while you move from one page to another. This data stays on your device and is not used to track you.
These are technical tools which, under Article 122 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, do not require consent. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings.
Analytics and measurement
We use no analytics tools and do not measure visitor behaviour. The server only records the technical logs needed for security, which are not cookies and are described in the privacy policy.
Why there is no cookie banner
A consent banner is required only when a website uses non-technical cookies or tools. Since lubemy.com uses at most strictly necessary technical storage, no banner is required in the current configuration.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its privacy settings. Blocking technical storage does not prevent you from browsing lubemy.com.
Changes to this policy
If we introduce analytics or other non-technical tools in the future, we will update this policy before activating them and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent through a banner that lets you refuse as easily as you accept. When the online customer area opens, we will also describe here the technical session cookies needed to sign in.
