For e-commerce and online sales
Ecommerce hosting in Europe: recovery measured, not promised
An online shop pays for every error twice: in lost sales and in customer trust. That is why we do not propose a plan sight unseen: first an audit of platform, volumes and integrations, then a dedicated environment sized to fit, with recovery targets adequate for your orders.
An uncomfortable truth about backups
What ecommerce hosting covers for online sellers
Four concrete fronts, each with a declared scope: no uptime percentages, no unmeasurable promises.
A dedicated environment, after an audit
A VM dedicated to your shop, on cloud infrastructure in the Milan region, sized on the audit's data: platform, catalogue, observed peaks and integrations. Never a standard plan applied blindly.
Recovery times adequate for your orders
Database backup frequency and restore targets defined on your order volume, and verified with periodic restore tests: a continuity plan is proven, not declared.
Migrations in controlled windows
A staging clone, a verification checklist covering checkout and order flows, a cutover in an agreed low-traffic window and a rollback plan ready: the shop does not move until the tests pass.
Peaks and campaigns managed together
Campaigns should be announced in advance: we verify the resource headroom and agree adjustments before the peak. Upgrades are proposed on measured saturation, not on gut feeling.
Migrating an online shop, step by step
From audit to operation: every step produces a verifiable document, and the shop stays open throughout.
Audit of the sales environment
We analyse platform, extensions, order volume, integrations (payments, shipping, back office) and observed workloads. The outcome is a shared document, which stays yours even if you do not proceed.
Offer with scopes and recovery targets
Based on the audit we send you a written offer: sizing, database backup frequency and restore targets adequate for your orders, with price, renewal and explicit inclusions and exclusions.
Controlled migration
A staging clone, agreed tests on checkout, orders and integrations, a cutover in a low-traffic window with a rollback plan. DNS changes only once tests pass.
Operation with periodic checks
Base monitoring, periodic restore tests, an operations log and reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days: continuity is maintained with measurements, not statements.

Frequently asked questions from online sellers
Why don't you publish an uptime percentage?
Because a percentage without a measured track record is marketing. We prefer to declare operational targets for what they are, verify them with periodic restore tests and document every incident in the operations log.
Can my shop stay open during the migration?
Yes: work happens on a staging clone and the cutover takes place in an agreed low-traffic window. For data that changes continuously, such as orders, the final synchronisation is planned in the audit to keep the switch-over window as small as possible.
Do you also manage the shop's platform and plugins?
The standard scope covers the system: application-level maintenance of the platform stays with you or your agency. Where needed, we can quote agreed activities separately, with a written scope.
What happens during an unexpected peak?
Base monitoring reports the saturation and we intervene on the system side within the scopes and hours defined by the contract. Resource adjustments are agreed with you: no unauthorised automatic upgrades on the invoice.
Audit first, offer second
Tell us about your platform, order volume and integrations: we reply with an assessment and a written scope, with no obligation to migrate.
